PLANNING is under way on potential options for the public ground floor tenancy of the new $80 million Canning Bridge development.

Stirling Capital has partnered with independent cultural organisation FORM to deliver a $1.5 million public art and cultural program for the public space.

Community input will be sought on potential options for the community-friendly ground floor tenancy.

The Canning Bridge Development Plan was adopted by the City of South Perth and the City of Melville earlier this year and was recently approved by the City of Melville Local Development Assessment Panel.

The 20-level, twin-tower luxury apartment buildings will be built between Kishorn and Oglivie roads.
