Ongoing inquiries by detectives led to the execution of a search warrant at the man’s Gosnells home on February 16.

It will be alleged police located and seized various recordings of staff members using the bathroom at the centre.

Detectives ascertained that the recordings are isolated to the staff area only.

The man has been further charged with five counts of unlawfully installing an optical device (not connected to the childcare centre) and destruction of evidence.

He is due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court today on the further charges.
