Man terrifies motorists in Burswood

A MAN has frightened motorists in Burswood this morning, jumping onto vehicles and hitting several cars.

About 8am this morning a man was seen behaving in an erratic manner on Great Eastern Highway near Graham Farmer Freeway.

The man jumped onto two vehicles, causing a female driver to get out of her car.

The man then drove off in a silver Toyota Echo, colliding with several other vehicles as he drove away.

A short time later, the car hit a pole on Acton Avenue near Alexander Road, Rivervale.

Police attended and located a male in his 30s, who was arrested.

Due to his erratic behaviour, St Johns Ambulance attended and conveyed the man to hospital with police.
