MORE areas of Victoria Park have been scheduled to have copper services shutdown to make room for the NBN.

Telstra area general manager Boyd Brown said the service transition was now entering its final phase and residents still using copper services needed to connect to NBN to avoid phone service disconnection.

“Traditional copper-based phone, data and internet services will be switched off in parts of Victoria Park from June 10,” Mr Brown said.
