The app, LORAR+ gives users access to first-person 360-degree views of the station platforms, upper concourse, facade and the promenade leading to the stadium.

Transport Minister Dean Nalder said the 3D images could be viewed by scanning online markers.

“Every year we see new and more innovative technologies as part of major smart transport projects, and this augmented reality vision of Perth Stadium Station is no exception,” Mr Nalder said.

“The virtual representation will enable Perth Stadium Station commuters to get an understanding of how the stadium will look when they utilise the new route to go.”
