Plan lays out big changes

The Karawara public open space master plan and collaborative action plans were developed through community engagement to improve the physical environment and sense of community.

The plan was designed to encourage residents to feel empowered and proud of their input and to have ownership over the CAP.

The plans have four project principles: amenity, connectivity, safety and security and building on Karawara character.

CAP projects include increasing edible plants in the area.
