Kwinana Freeway: public information sessions on new southbound Manning Road on-ramp

Bronwyn DonovanSouthern Gazette

A SOUTHBOUND on-ramp from Manning Road to Kwinana Freeway in Como is scheduled to be constructed in early 2019 to improve connectivity for local residents by providing direct access to the southbound freeway lanes.

The $35 million project’s first-stage design has been completed and will be available for discussion with the Main Roads project team at community information sessions on April 7, from 11am-2.30pm and April 12, from 5-8pm, at George Burnett Leisure Centre in Karawara.

The design confirms road alignments, format of local road connections and land requirements on Manning Road between Clydesdale Street and Kwinana Freeway.
