Jessica WarrinerSouthern Gazette

CLOVERDALE’S Ruth Faulkner Public Library is set to host an information session on cutting down kitchen waste.

Presented by Switch Your Thinking, the workshop will explore the problem of food waste and how you can take simple action from your very own kitchen.

When food is discarded, you are also discarding all the water, fertiliser, fuel and energy that were used to get that food to your plate.
