SOUTH Perth establishment Rambla on Swan has backed up its industry awards success by claiming a second-straight Restaurant of the Year award.

READ NOWAfter Monday’s wins, he reiterated his belief that the use of quality produce outweighed fancy construction in a successful restaurant kitchen.
“Our menu is simple, we use clean flavours and fresh ingredients to deliver quality dishes to our customers every time,” he said.
“Currently there is a lot of experimentation in cooking, but Rambla’s approach is to take a step back and let the food be the hero, not the chef.”
Chief executive Hugh Brown praised the restaurant’s staff for providing consistency.
“There are so many elements to running a successful restaurant and event functions centre, but the most important element is our team,” he said.
“To win awards for the second year in a row demonstrates the ability of our team to produce a consistently excellent dining experience for Rambla on Swan’s customers.”
Another big winner on the night was Applecross cafe Nic and Kolo which was named Cafe of the Year, best cafe dining restaurant and best breakfast dining restaurant.
