South Perth: Police call for witnesses to crash on Mill Point Road exit

POLICE are calling for witnesses to a crash near the Mill Point Road exit of Mitchell Freeway on Wednesday, January 2.

Traffic Enforcement Group officers say a 29-year-old man was driving a silver 2005 Honda Accord sedan when he hit a red 2009 Yamaha 125cc motorcycle as it crossed Narrows Bridge at 9.25pm.

The driver of the Honda was not injured.

The 22-year-old male motorcycle rider and the 17-year-old male passenger were thrown from the motorcycle and received serious injuries.

They were taken to different hospitals for treatment.
