PERTH Cultural Events is bringing world-renowned food and wine exclusively from Perth’s South West to the City of South Perth this weekend.

South West in the City will offer entertainment including live painters, local bands and Perth’s top DJs, pop up bars and restaurants as well as a variety of products to try and purchase.

TWINNS vendors Michelle and Sharon Marsh, better known from Married at First Sight, launched their business last month.

The sisters said they thought they represented South West in the City perfectly, being country girls living in Perth with a South-West wine label.

“We chose a Margret River vintner for the label because their region’s wine is renowned,” Michelle said.

“I found while in London that people were requesting Margret River wines quiet a bit and it was amazing how reputable and how much of a demand there was.”

TWINNS features three wines including a sparkling white, semi-sauvignon blanc and cabernet sauvignon.

The inaugural event is on November 12, from 12pm to 8pm, at Sir James Mitchell Park, South Perth.
