Mr Ellis has put the call out to local residents who are interested in joining his group ” People Against Speed Cameras and Radar Revenue ” and initiating a public meeting.
Mr Ellis said he decided to start the group after he received an ‘unfair’ speeding fine.
‘I got pinned as soon as I entered a 40 km/h zone,’ he said.
‘I have to drive to avoid accidents all the time’
