PARAMEDICS for St John Ambulance WA should be insuring their facial hair after it raised more than $22,000 in the annual Movember challenge.
The Australia-wide Triple Zero Challenge Network of emergency service teams dedicated this years’ Movember to preventing the deaths of young men from suicide.
Coming second out of 144 teams, the WA paramedics were still roundly beaten by the Tasmanian Eds Mo Bros, who in a mammoth effort raised more than $41,000.
