A Go Fund Me page was set up by the West Australian Speed Boat Club yesterday to the support family members as they take time off work to be by Phoebe’s side.

The teenager was competing in the 15hp senior class at the club on the Swan River at Burswood on February 10 when her boat flipped, trapping her underneath.

The Department of Transport today confirmed their investigations into the incident were continuing.
