Woman held by the neck in terrifying Victoria Park home invasion

KENSINGTON Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance after a woman was held by her neck while thieves robbed her Victoria Park house.

Two males entered the McMillan Street house at about 8.55pm on January 20 by smashing a window.

A 44-year-old woman was home alone in the house at the time.

One of the men held the victim around the neck, while the other stole items from the house.

One of the men was also armed with a hammer.

The two men then left the house, running off along McMillan Street.
