Woman on the run after Crown carpark crash

A SECURITY officer was left hospitalised and a woman is on the loose after a possible hit and run in Burswood this morning.

Police were called to the Crown Perth carpark at about 3.45am following up reports of a blue 2004 Ford Falcon Futura sedan crashing into a parked vehicle.

A female security officer who was in the carpark was injured during the incident and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with leg injuries.

The Ford Falcon left the scene and the offender is still on the run.

Detectives are looking for 44-year-old Rachel Hill, who they believe can assist this investigation.

Police have received reports that Ms Hill is now driving a white 2006 Holden Commodore ute.

She was last seen driving in the Maddington area about 1:20pm today.

Crown Perth has confirmed the incident involved a member of their staff at their multi-level carpark.

“Crown’s immediate concern is the welfare of our team member,” the spokesperson said.

“As this is now a police matter Crown will not be making any further comments.”

Anyone that has seen Rachel Hill is urged to call police immediately on 131 444.
