Belmont councillors decision puzzles. Opinion

JUST what practical reason should four democratically elected Belmont councillors advance for voting against the publication of a Vision Development Plan, which is a process to inform and invite submissions from the widest possible cross-section of those resident within and nearby the 174 hectares of land involved, and related government agencies.

The responses to which will be considered before the plan is approved and which is the time for such councillors to analyse the submissions and outcomes received for and against and or propose changes of substance and majority support
