I WAS in shock to read that the Madison Avenue brothel had closed.
Even though I was not a client, I had the wonderful opportunity to interview the girls for a university research paper. They were so obliging.
The authorities also had the broad mind to place some of my religious cards at the reception. I always felt indebted to them for these kind acts.
It is not a concern whether places like Madison Avenue brothel are doing a right job or a wrong job.
Jesus, whom I serve, had a soft corner for women engaged in such professions. A rethink of our attitudes is always healthy.
