Owners Ed and Michelle, who share the home with their teenage daughter, only built the house with Plunkett Homes a year and a half ago but have lived in the area for the past 12 years.
“We find Manning very central to everything,” Ed said.
“We also get on really well with our neighbours; it’s a great street to live on.”
