Cricket victory for Victoria Park

The girls were up against students from Riverton Primary School, St Maria Goretti Catholic School, Kensington Primary school and while Kensington snatched up the year 5/6 division, Victoria Park Primary proved too good to beat in the year 6/7 division.

South Perth Junior Cricket Club, together with the support of the WACA hosted a girls cricket carnival.

The carnival was designed to boost girls cricket and strengthen cricket within the community.
