Perth pile on the pain

After a slow start, the Demons started to lift and soon hit the front. Christian Eyres was working hard in the middle of the ground and Julian Jacobs and Dene White were reaping the rewards.

West Coast Eagle Sam Butler was rebounding well across half back.

A 20-point quarter-time lead became 39 points at half-time.

Perth increased their lead to 41 points at the last change and their supporters were keen to see their side finish off the game well and it wasn’t long until Matthew Moody kicked his second and his side’s 13th goal.

In the final term Perth finishing full of run booting six goals to one.

This weekend Perth has a bye and will then play East Fremantle away.
