PERTH Demons will look to turn around a difficult start to the season when they take on Claremont at Fremantle Oval today.

The second-last placed Demons have only won once from seven games, but Claremont have not fared that much better, with three wins and four losses.

Perth suffered a heavy loss to top-of-the table South Fremantle last week, while the Tigers lost by 23 points to Peel.

The Colts play at 8am, while bounce-down for the Reserves is at 10.30am and the League match will start at 2.15pm.

THE Perth Redbacks’ men’s team have travelled to Geraldton to take on the Buccaneers today in what should be a tough match.

The third-placed Redbacks come into the match on the back of a 90-73 win last weekend, while the Buccaneers have started strongly and sit one position below Perth.

Former Wildcat Shawn Redhage has continued to impress and now leads the competition in scoring with 29.11 points per game.

Perth’s women’s team doesn’t play this weekend, but will play the South-West Slammers and Lakeside Lightning next weekend.
