WAFL

IT will be a battle of the cellar dwellers when Perth takes on East Fremantle away tomorrow.

The Sharks’ only win of the season came against the Demons in round 13 and a win here could see the home side jump above Perth.

East Fremantle enters the game off a narrow loss to Swan Districts last weekend while the Demons were heavily beaten by Subiaco.

The action at East Fremantle Oval begins at 9am for the colts match before the reserves take the field at 11.30am and the league game is at 2.15pm.

SBL

PERTH Redbacks will be looking to bounce back from a tough weekend when it takes on a busy schedule this weekend.

Two double headers at home last weekend resulted in two losses for both the men’s and women’s teams.

A double header away against Willetton Tigers tonight kick starts the SBL action, with the women’s team playing at 6.30pm and the men tipping off at 8.30pm.

In the women’s SBL, the Tigers are fifth while the Redbacks are clinging on to eighth spot, while in the men’s competition Willetton are first place while Perth are in seventh.

Tomorrow night, the men’s side takes on Geraldton Buccaneers at Belmont Oasis from 7.30pm.
