Tony McSkimming appointed coach of Como Golf Academy

COMO Golf Academy has appointed Tony McSkimming as its new full time coach.

McSkimming began teaching golf more than 20 years ago and has held various positions throughout that time including head professional at Burswood Park Academy.

In 2015, McSkimming was appointed coach for Golf WA’s Boys State Team and lead them last year to their first interstate victory since the early 2000’s.

Golf teacher Adam Smith said it was an honour to have McSkimming aboard the team.

“Tony is a highly respected coach within Golf WA and across Australia.” he said.

“He has a passion for golf and such an enthusiasm for helping others get the most out of their game.

“We couldn’t be more grateful to have him aboard the Academy’s coaching team.”
