Aaron CorlettSouthern Gazette

NEIGHBOURS Perth and South Perth faced off in a Round 7 derby in the WACA Premier Cricket competition.

Uniquely, all four Perth teams batted first and much to the satisfaction of the coaching staff, all batted out the day.

In first grade, Perth finished with a competitive 262 against a tight South Perth attack that gave little away all day.
