WHETHER a beginner or a seasoned pro, the WA Waterski Association is calling on people to get involved with water sports these school holidays.

The flexible school holiday watersports lesson program will be open to primary and high school students in Burswood.

From October 5-9, interested participants can purchase lessons in the three offered disciplines of barefoot skiing, wakeboarding and waterskiing.

Organiser Mike Wrenn said he hoped this program would be the first of many for the season.

“The activities can be pretty physically demanding and you can get pretty sore but it’s a good challenge.

“It takes some co-ordination but can be a relaxing, fun thing,” he said.

Lessons can be booked by contacting Mr Wrenn at mjwrenn@hotmail.com or 0419 035 360.
