The eye-catching vision was caught on camera by Fremantle District Cricket Club.

Calmy said he did not have a gymnastic background but described himself as a “one trick pony”.

“A few of my teammates were involved in the last hat-trick so they were probably expecting it,” he said.

“As for the young kids on the team, I think it caught them by surprise.

“The important thing is that it helped keep their score to sub-150, which puts us in a good position to go for the win this weekend.”

His team is in a solid position, bowling Fremantle out for 142 and working themselves into a comfortable position of 1-82 ahead of the second day of play this Saturday.
