Wesley College’s Kyle Bowen bouncing across the globe for basketball comp

Earlier this month Bowen (15) was named in the Australian under-17 men’s international basketball federation squad.

The team left for China last Wednesday for a tour before competing in the world championships in Zaragoza in Spain from June 22.

Bowen was selected from athletes all over Australia who participated in the recent training camp at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.

Before the camp, Bowen had represented WA at the under-18s national championships where he was leading scorer and rebounder.
