NEW kids on the block General Public Food Co are giving Scarborough diners – and drinkers – something to talk about.
The Doric Street restaurant opened last month with the aim of providing a central community gathering place.
Owners Evan and Sarah Hewitt have lived in the area for many years and Mr Hewitt said they were aware of locals’ desire for a restaurant and bar.
