Animal lovers in City of Stirling to help pets in need this Xmas

ANIMAL lovers can buy a Christmas decoration to help pets in need.

The Petbarn Foundation is running its annual Tree of Hope Appeal, which raises money for local animal rescue groups.

Petbarn Innaloo manager Cailin McCullough encouraged customers to purchase an ornament from the store to contribute to the foundation’s aim of raising $1 million nationally.

“With the help and kindness of the City of Stirling community, we are hoping to raise much needed funds to save the lives of many more animals in need across the country this Christmas,” she said.

“It’s a simple and easy way to help those animals less fortunate this Christmas.”

The appeal runs at stores across Australia until December 24.
