Arrests after stolen items posted online

Laura PondStirling Times

TWO men have been arrested after posting stolen items for sale online.

A Karrinyup woman saw items that were stolen from her Newborough Street home for sale on Gumtree and organised to meet the seller on June 21.

The woman gave the details to police who attended the house on Calais Road in Wembley Downs.

There they found allegedly stolen property, including several games consoles, which the 42-year-old man said he received from a Scarborough man.
