A BALCATTA aged care home celebrated its 25th anniversary with a European festival last month.

Residents of MYVISTA (Macedonia, former Yugoslavia, Vasto, Italian, Sicily, Tuscany and Adriatic) aged care facility and their friends and family marked the milestone by enjoying a variety of European foods, activities and entertainment.

Food ranged from European sausages to zippoli and spinach and cheese pastries, while Terry Novvis and Eco di Italia provided live music.

Guests included Balcatta MLA David Michael, former City of Stirling mayor and board chairman Tony Vallelonga, Stirling chief executive Stuart Jardine and Councillor Giovanni Italiano.
