Emergency Services were called to the Barker Avenue home about midnight.

Arson Squad detectives want to speak to anyone who was in the area near Barker and Wilcock avenues at the time of the fire or earlier in the evening who saw any suspicious activity.

Police are also calling for possible dash cam footage.
