Balcatta industrial development offers NBN connection

Kate LeaverStirling Times

A NEW Balcatta industrial development will be one of the first to offer an NBN connection in the area.

AGEM Property Group executive director Adrian Fiore said the NBN connection would provide up-to-date technology for customers.

“Having our head office in Balcatta, we understand the struggles associated with the existing infrastructure. We did not want to pass this legacy on with this development, hence the decision was made to pull the NBN in from about 2km away to service the development with the best infrastructure and technology available,” he said.

“The decision to include NBN within the site was purely to provide our customers with the most up-to-date technology to give them security to run their businesses in the future successfully with minimal downtime.”

Mr Fiore said the Balcatta HQ development was the only “brand new” office and warehouse space in the Balcatta industrial area.

“Balcatta HQ will offer a variety of industrial warehouse and office units, with some units specifically designed to cater for small scale food production,” he said.
