Cordingley's Surf Building Dispute

Kate LeaverStirling Times

Mr Bowen has been caught in the middle of a lengthy dispute between the City of Stirling and landlord Far East Hospitality Properties (Australia) over handrails at the building’s entrance.

Mr Bowen said he was frustrated the work was held at the worst possible time of the year, during busy summer months.

“The work has begun and they estimate it will be finished on December 23. They have had 20 months to do it and they choose the busiest two weeks of the year,” he said.
