BULLETS were sprayed at a Perth house during a drive-by shooting, police have confirmed.
Several shots were fired at a house in Elsie Street in Watermans Bay on Saturday night.
No one was injured but a vehicle and carport were damaged by bullets and shell casings were found at the scene.
A spokesman for WA Police said Mirrabooka Detectives were seeking information about a firearm incident.
“About 10:35pm police were called to a house in Elsie Street,” he said.
“Upon arrival the officers located damage to a vehicle and the carport area of the residence. The damage is consistent with being struck by bullets.
“It is believed several shots were fired at the residence, with several shell casings being located. No one was injured.”
Forensic officers attended the scene overnight and returned on Sunday morning to conduct further analysis of the scene in daylight.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who lives in, or who was driving in the area at the time.
Officers are also appealing for CCTV or dash cam vision of vehicles being driven in the area around 10:30pm.
