A ST Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School graduate is headed to the UK after being accepted to the University of Cambridge.

City Beach resident Isobel Crabb, who was dux of the Karrinyup school last year, will study a bachelor of natural sciences at the university’s Gonville and Caius College.

The 18-year-old also attended Yale University in the US in 2016 as part of the Yale Young Global Scholars Program.

Isobel said she was excited to start at the English university later this year and pursue her passion in natural sciences.

“I am absolutely thrilled to be offered a place at Cambridge University,” she said.

“I didn’t believe it, I am still blown away.”
