THE City of Stirling has agreed to a new three-year lease for the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club in Mt Lawley.

On October 2, councillors unanimously agreed to an initial term of three years with an annual rent of $1000 plus GST, which will be reviewed every year.

The club will need to secure external grants before getting funding support from the City to install shade sails at the club.

The new lease comes after Stirling councillors revoked a July decision stating it would no longer financially support the club at the Mt Lawley site.
