SHOPPERS have just four weeks until they get their first look at the redeveloped Karrinyup Shopping Centre.

Centre manager AMP Capital has announced the first section of the highly anticipated fashion loop will open on Thursday, November 21.

International clothing store H&M was confirmed in July and will be joined by an expanded Mecca cosmetics and jewellery retailer Swarovski in the new precinct.

WA divisional development manager Scott Nugent said the high profile brands would help make the centre one of Perth’s leading fashion destinations.

“Offering customers a forward thinking mix of new and existing retailers is at the forefront of the new-look Karrinyup Shopping Centre, so welcoming the likes of H&M, Swarovski and an expanded Mecca store to the retail mix is an exciting milestone in the development,” he said.

The Body Shop and kikki.K will relocate to the fashion loop, which will open in full late next year.

A 700-bay multi-deck carpark with a parking guidance system and refurbished Big W store will also open on the day.

The $800 million centre redevelopment will offer about 290 stores and 10-screen Hoyts cinema when it is completed at the end of 2021.
