Cyclist rushed to hospital after Glendalough crash

A MALE cyclist has been rushed to Royal Perth Hospital after being hit by a car in Glendalough this morning.

The incident happened on Powis Street just before the Mitchell Freeway shortly after 8am.

A 50-year-old man was taken to Royal Perth Hospital under priority conditions.

A St John Ambulance spokeswoman said the man was conscious.
