BALCATTA mining equipment, technology and services provider IMDEX has won two State industry awards.

The business won the minerals, energy and related service category at the WA Industry and Export Awards last month.

Its brand AMC received the CY O’Connor award for excellence in engineering and technology for its innovative drilling system BOS.

Chief financial officer Paul Evans said it delivered a range of end-to-end solutions.

“The awards vindicate our commitment to enhancing the operations of our global customers and our vision of being the leading provider of real-time subsurface intelligence solutions to the global minerals industry,” he said.

Premier Mark McGowan said the awards celebrated the breadth and diversity of WA’s business community.
