POLICE have charged a 37-year-old Glendalough man with extortion offences against 12 different women.
It was revealed last month that the man had been charged with offences against two women he came into contact with on online dating sites.
He allegedly threatened to publish explicit pictures of them online if they did not meet his demands for money.
But on Monday police said the man would face further charges against 10 more women.
The 37-year-old has been charged with 12 counts of gaining benefit by fraud, two counts of threatening with the intent to compel the doing of an act and threatening with intent to prevent or hinder a person doing an act.
He has also been charged with demanding property by written threats (extortion) and stealing.
He will appear before Perth Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
