PERTH’S inner northern suburbs are the city’s best place to live, according to a report by PricewatershouseCoopers (PwC).
Glendalough, Wembley and West Leederville were jointly named most liveable in the CityPulse campaign that ranked Perth’s best places to live, work and play.
The report considered factors including housing affordability, crime rates and access to services such as health care and schools.
The three suburbs also ranked equal fourth in the best place to work and equal sixth for the ‘play’ category.
Inner northern and western suburbs featured heavily in the three lists, with Wembley Downs, Churchlands and Woodlands ranked the tenth best place to live.
