PERTH’S inner northern suburbs are the city’s best place to live, according to a report by PricewatershouseCoopers (PwC).
Glendalough, Wembley and West Leederville were jointly named most liveable in the CityPulse campaign that ranked Perth’s best places to live, work and play.
The report considered factors including housing affordability, crime rates and access to services such as health care and schools.
