MEN can be part of woodwork and gardening activities when the Karrinyup Community Men’s Shed opens this month.

The shed recently signed a lease with the City of Stirling for use of a Jedda Road property in Balcatta.

It follows a two and a half year search for a home.

The group initially plans to start a woodworking workshop and gardening activities when it meets on Friday, June 22.

It is also seeking donations of a woodworking bench, power hand tools and timber.

Visit the shed from 10am on June 22 at 6 Jedda Road, Balcatta or to provide donations, email kcmensshed@iinet.net.au or call Tony on 0400 504 144.
