Mt Lawley attack: police release image of man wanted for questioning over attack on 15-year-old girl

DETECTIVES have released an image of a man who can assist in an investigation into a terrifying assault on a 15-year-old girl in Mt Lawley.

About 8.40am on August 19, the girl was jogging along Clifton Crescent near the alley way between Second Avenue and Third Avenue when she was approached by a man.

The man took hold of the girl and began moving her in another direction while verbally threatening her.

She screamed and managed to flee from the man, running to safety.

Police were called and searched the area.

The man is described as wearing white T-shirt, white pants and no shoes.
