A KARRINYUP institution has closed.
The cafe at David Jones in Karrinyup Shopping Centre closed this week as work continues on the $800 million redevelopment of the centre.
The carpark the cafe overlooked is now central to the major revamp.
Customers told Community News they found the cafe shut with a note to customers:
