Kate LeaverStirling Times

SENIORS will get the chance to strut their stuff with a new walking group to be launched in Mirrabooka on July 27.

Council on the Ageing WA (COTA) mall walking is a free fitness activity that caters for all ages and abilities.

COTA walkers join the group for a warm up and safe stretches led by walk leaders.

Walkers then walk at their own pace in the safe, indoor environment of The Square, before cooling down and heading for coffee and a chat with both new friends and old.
