North Beach RSL Secretary Rob Sweet said the Charles Riley Memorial Reserve ceremony drew a bigger crowd than expected.
“It was a great response from the public and a bigger than expected crowd,” he said.
“The ceremony was followed by a gun fire breakfast at the North Beach Bowling Club.”
Scarborough MLA Liza Harvey and Carine MLA Tony Krsticevic attended the event along with City of Stirling councillors.
