North Beach’s Our Lady of Grace School to get upgrades thanks to grant

A NORTH Beach Catholic primary school is being upgraded thanks to a Federal Government grant.

Our Lady of Grace School received nearly $300,000 as part of the government’s capital grants program.

Stirling MHR Michael Keenan said the money would be used to extend classroom blocks, reconfigure old building spaces, purchase furniture and equipment, and for landscaping.

“This funding will assist the school by creating student learning areas that will inspire and support students as they progress through their schooling life,” he said.
