“Our 45 minute classes are perfect for women wanting to train with bub in the same room,” she said.

“We modify a lot of the exercises in the class as compared to the regular classes so it caters for new mums.

“It’s about getting people comfortable with coming and training and at the end the kids get to come out and do stretching with us or a cool down.”

Local mother Sandra Kirou said she used to train at nighttime but it became too difficult.

“It’s really great to be able to bring the kids during the day,” she said.

“They are having a great time while I’m getting healthier.”
